Application field of insulating joint: The insulating joint is mainly used between the equipments of gas pressure adjusting, measuring and storage, as well as gas transmission-distribution pipeline. Its main function is insulating each section of gas transmission-distribution pipeline, equipment and pipeline, avoiding them from corrosion; so finally the pipeline and equipment have longer life. Features of insulating joint: The insulating joint for buried pipeline uses complete extrusion-welding type without bolt or flange. The insulating and sealing materials are fixed inner of sleeve. After assembling and installing the insulating joint, the interior component should be fixed at relevant position. Under test of soil pressure, regulated operating pressure of pipeline and spot water pressure, the whole insulating joint keeps well. The sealing component of insulating joint is closed to the insulating plate in the joint, and has everlasting elasticity. Both faces of sealing component indirectly touch with exposed metal surface without moving to ensure the tightness of joint.
